Qualified candidate will be responsible for various bookkeeping and accounting processing which may include; Cash handling. Review department reports. Complete journal entries. Processing of vendor invoices. A candidate must have some knowledge and experience on computerized accounting systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Record daily cash transactions into QuickBooks
- Record bills into QuickBooks for accounts payable approval
- Issue and process checks for mailing
- Maintain controls around debit/credit cards & petty cash
- Assist in general month end accounting tasks
- Maintain daily reports with bank account updates
- Other tasks as requested
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS
- Russian speaking
- 2-years of accounting experience
- General accounting principal knowledge
- Quickbooks experience prefer
- Must have attention to detail
- Must be self-motivated & a critical thinker
- Knowledge of Microsoft office products
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Master’s Degree
